About

The Coombes Herd is a registered breeding herd of Large Black and Saddleback pigs.

These traditional English breeds are reared outdoors or in cottager’s sties on our family farm in ArborfieId, Berkshire.

Natural Feed

The herd is reared on a diet of homegrown wheat and barley, and cereal pellets to which no growth promoters have been added, bought in from a local mill.

Natural Surroundings

Pesticides have not been used on our fields within Iiving memory.

A wide range of products

We take orders for a wide range of products from bacon and ham to half pigs, jointed for the freezer, and delivered to your door.
